Our change, from one person to a million

Our commitment to changing life with diabetes spans over 85 years. We have progressed from working to find a solution for one person to the broadest diabetes portfolio in the industry; a portfolio that today brings better diabetes control to millions of people around the world.

We achieved this by not limiting ourselves to employing people with skill sets, we employ people with values, and the journey we have embarked on together has formed the backbone of who we are today.

Over the years we have learned that being on a mission makes us invincible; that being proactive is the best way to avoid problems before they arise, and that constantly seeking new ways to innovate and change is what keeps us dynamic.

Even though the numbers of people we support have grown immensely over the years, there are some things history can’t change. Our focus remains as strong and dedicated as it was at the beginning: to put people with diabetes first, and to effect real change in their lives.
